Owen was very on the ball to replying to my request on FB for a locksmiths. I sent photos etc. He gave me a price & time. I booked him in my diary. Great service, prompt, very knowledgeable, & our door now opens & has new lock & keys. Highly recommend. Another wonderful trade to recommend

Found Owen and Guildford Street Locksmiths to be very helpful and reasonably priced, replacing a fob for a Ford Fiesta. Initial problems pairing the new fob and the car were overcome and Owen did a great job. Would recommend and use Owen / GSL again, without hesitation.

Definitely 5-star service! Owen arrived quickly for an emergency call, and worked hard to resolve a tricky issue. Price was very reasonable, especially it being a Bank Holiday! We are well pleased. Heartily recommend this friendly, polite and kind man.

We had an issue with our front door lock which Owen fixed for us. Great experience - he was really helpful and fixed it really quick and gave us lots of useful advice about our aging door. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

I called Owen when I had lost the car keys for my car and couldn’t get back in. He came out immediately and cut me 2 new keys so that I could go on with my day. Kind, considerate and polite service. Would definitely use Owen again if needed although hoping not!

When our little boy got locked in the car with both my keys and phone I was in such a panic, thankfully Owen responded and was with us in less than 10 minutes and got our car open within another 10 minutes. Absolutely amazing and such a nice guy. Thank you!
